1) Raut Wadi Waterfall
Located at 60 Km from Kolhapur , Raut Wadi Waterfall , is a great place for a one day trip but only during the rainy season. Surrounded by lush green covers,the area around the waterfall has good pucca access road and changing rooms for ladies on paid basis are also available during peak rainy season through locals.
There are also some tea, corn , Chat, Maggi vendors near the entrance of Waterfall. Its a great place for a Photography enthusiast due to lush green dense forest in this place.It's an experience that lasts a lifetime.

2) Ramnawadi Waterfall
This is a awesome waterfall situate at Ramnawadi VIllage of Radhanagari and is not so popular destination as of now. Hence during peak monsson season you may not found this place overcrowded and can enjoy nature at its best .

3)Barki Waterfalls
This awesome water fall hidden deep inside dense forest is nature lovers delight and falls from height of 150 Ft unobstructed. 43 Km from Kolhapur via Kale village on the way to Anuskura Ghat we have to stop at Karanjfen to visit this site. One has to trek for 4 km through dense forest and rich flora and fauna to see this water fall. Leeches are in plenty to welcome you so beware.In case you give up on trek midway , you can also enjoy in the downstream water of fall and have fun. One has to parkk vehicles 4 km away near village and there are some vendors for tea and snacks here, but after this no vendor is found so keep good stock of snacks as well.
How to Reach: 54 Km from Kolhapur. Travel from Kolhapur- Koparde- Kale- Katebhogaon- Bazaar Bhogaon- Pohale turf Borgaon- Karanjfen. Its single state highway from Kolhapur to Kale village and then a small village road but in good condition.
Best time to Visit: Only during monsoon season and be prepared to trek through forest for approx 4 km

6) Swapnawel Point and Waterfall
This place is located at around 11 km from Tillari nagar and nominal entry fees is charged to visit this fall. Visit during morning is good since later crowd starts building thereby creating chaos and traffic jams. Just 52 Km from Belgaum and falls in state of Maharashtra.

This fall is locatd in Vaibhavwadi of Sindhudurg District and is running alomost round the year. Located in forest , this fall is surrounded by variety of Birds and treat for bird watchers.
How to Reach : 85 Km from Kolhpaur via Asalaj- Gaganbawda- Vaibhavwadi. Go 15 kms away from Vaibhavvawadi towards Talere, a motorable road branches off from Nadhavade, a village on Vaibhavvawadi- Talere road. From Nadhavade, distance is 9kms.

This is a popular waterfall located in kankavali Taluka. Its safe waterfall and you can swim or sit below the flow of fall . Its mostly overcrowred during monsoons since its safe and convienint.

This waterfall is located in 20 km from Satara and is among top 10 tallest falls of India. Falls from height of 200 mt and people can view it from Gallery. Surrounding area is lush green forest and treat for birdwatchers. Its a treat during monsoon to see the loads of water falling deep in the valley with a roar. There is a small canteen for snacks at the entrace of fall.
While coming from Satara to Thosegar after thosegar you also get to see huge multiple Wind Mills located at Chalkewadi area . You can go very near to wind mill and then get to know how massive the wind mill actually is.

14) Gokak
This massive waterfall is located on Ghatprabha River in Belgaum District of karnataka. River falls 52 mt into deep gorge . Its in Horseshoe shape with width of 177 mtr. A Mahalingeshwara temple is also found on the entrance of fall. During rainy season the water roars into the deep valley and is awesome sight. Before the drop, river flows through flat plateau like bed and during off season we can stand in between flow of river.
